I got a call from my bf asking if I wanted to head down to Temecula for a client appreciation night with one of his vendors. He said I need to be ready in a couple hours because the drive down to the wine country is almost 2 hours. The event was held at the nice Las Vegas like hotel called Pechanga Casino. I had been there a few years ago when I was with an old gamblehalic boyfriend. Since I broke up with him I never stepped in a casino more than a couple times a year, if that. So the drive there took us 3 1/2 hours!!!!! That is Los Angeles traffic for you. For those of you who don't know, from LA to Las Vegas is a 3 1/2 drive, and I was saying we should of went there instead lol. We arrived at the casino and we were very much welcomed with smiles from unfamiliar faces. We were handed about 20 drink tickets and 1 ticket each for the raffles. The grand prize was a flat screen TV! Also raffled were Ipads, Itouches, cameras, dvd players, and laptops. We were the winner at our table and got an ITOUCH!!!! We are selling it right now on ebay since we already have one, so we scored about $300 that night. Forget gambling, we came up as winners! After many glasses of wine and a few beers we got our room paid for by the company. Thank God because there was no way I would let Jason drive home wasted. Thank you so much!!!
