got to gogo to the gym







Are my abs, thighs, neck, arms, every muscle in my body aching in an awkward good way, yes!  I ran to the gym which is about a mile down from my apartment to get the extra cardio into the routine.  After working a sweat and finally got to the gym I started to hit the elliptical and treadmill for a good 45 minutes.  To end the workout I took an hour long yoga class to stretch out my body in ways I don't normally give it.  To tell you the truth, I am exhausted right now.  For lunch today I fixed myself a salmon salad with cucumber, almonds, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette mixed with a twist of lemon juice.
