OK, no more excuses going on today, I am going to the gym! Even though outside the winds are howling and it seems like I will just be blown away by it, I am ready to head out of this apartment and get my butt into the gym. Each month I am paying for a gym membership and I barely use the nice facility. I posted what I made myself for breakfast this morning which is a blueberry, strawberry, oatmeal shake. Just one glass of this delicious shake is enough to boost my energy at hit the gym for longer than an hour, I hope! My goal, is to lose 10lbs which is the hardest to shred off because its a lot of toning that needs to be done. Well here I go......
